I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and cozy rooms and incredibly helpful staff. While the lack of air conditioning was a downside, the overall experience was pleasant. The central location was convenient, though a bit challenging to find by car initially.

The location is excellent, right in the center with many pluses, but also some minuses. The dining experience is good overall, but vegan options are lacking. Guests can enjoy easy access to popular apres ski bars and a convenient entryway from the railway station. However, the dining menu could be more diverse, and some room pricing is on the higher side.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, but the noise from the street kept me up until 4 am. The service was exceptional, with the staff being nice and extremely helpful, even providing a free parking card. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Zell am See, making it easy to explore the area. However, the dining options were limited, especially for vegans. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
